By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Capital Car Glass Ltd. offers automotive glass distribution services. This includes the supply of windscreens, side windows, rear windows, and other related automotive glass products as well as the fitting of said products.
**DISCLAIMER: We do not calibrate the ADS (Camera) when fitting windscreens. This must be done externally**
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, or in person. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Invoice Disputes: Any invoice disputes must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the invoice.
5. Collection of Goods
Collection Process: All orders must be collected from our designated collection point. We do not offer delivery services.
Inspection: Upon collection, customers are required to inspect the glass for any faults, scratches, or damages. By accepting the glass, you acknowledge that it is free from defects.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon collection.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused. Customers must contact us to obtain a return authorization.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Warranties and Liability
Product Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for our fittings for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Capital Car Glass Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Return Policy

At Capital Car Glass Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality automotive glass products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests for returns made after this period will not be eligible.
1.2. Condition of Items
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
1.3. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. This can be a physical receipt, email confirmation, or any other documentation that confirms the purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Custom or special order items.
Items sold as "final sale" or "clearance".
Damaged items due to misuse or improper installation.
3. Return Process
3.1. Requesting a Return

3.2. Preparing Items for Return
Ensure the items are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original receipt.
3.3. Returning Items
Return the items to our designated return address: Capital Car Glass Ltd.

3.4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection on the day.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refund Method
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. Exchanges
5.1. Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
5.2. Exchange Process
Contact our customer service team to request an exchange and obtain an RA number. Follow the same return process as outlined above, specifying the item you wish to exchange for. If the new item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. Inspection Upon Collection
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the glass upon collection for any faults, scratches, or damages. If any defects are found, they must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.
6.2. Reporting Issues
If you discover any damage or defect after collection, contact our customer service team within 48 hours to report the issue. Provide a detailed description and photos of the damage or defect.
6.3. Resolution
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement, a refund, or other suitable solutions depending on the circumstances.
